How Does a “FESIN Global School Network” Monitor Children’s Talents?
The “FESIN Global School Network” approach focuses on children’s talents, acknowledging that every child has the right to receive education tailored to their abilities. It embraces the idea that dominant talent areas should form the foundation for children’s future careers.

FESIN organizes assessment activities within its member schools to identify students’ dominant talent areas. Based on observations conducted in school environments, individual talent reports are prepared for each child and made available for schools to utilize. Schools are expected to implement “talent hour” practices tailored to children’s talent areas. During the “talent hour,” each child receives additional education in their dominant talent area.

FESIN provides schools with specially developed practices for use during “talent hour,” offering opportunities for children to develop their talents. Progress in the child’s talent areas is monitored and reported. The results of these reports are shared with parents, providing consultancy on the guidance needed in subsequent stages.
Do the Assessment and Monitoring Activities for Children’s Talents Only Include Gifted and Specially Talented Children?
No. FESIN values the potential talents of every child. Within this scope, the talents and areas of interest of all children, whether they are gifted or not, are monitored. The primary goal is to identify the areas where each child is most dominant and to provide additional opportunities in those areas.
